At Jacaranda Remote Support, we’ve partnered with top talent acquisition professionals in South Africa, giving us access to a vast pool of skilled candidates. Depending on your requirements, placements typically take between 1 to 3 weeks.
We offer month-to-month contracts, providing flexibility with no long-term commitment or risk.
Click on the “I need staff” button on our home page and complete the questions asked. We will filter our database of candidates and present you with a handful of suitable candidates to choose from, complete with an intro video for each candidate. You will be able to interview each candidate as well.
An hourly rate of $8 per hour for basic staff placements is charged. A higher rate may be applied for specialized roles. Additionally, there is a monthly fee of $25 covering our connectivity systems and tech support.
Once a candidate has been agreed upon, our technician will assist you and the chosen candidate in setting up your remote desktop and Net-to-phone system.
You are responsible for training your selected candidate, including setting the training period. While you will cover the cost of training beyond this period, the first 10 days are completely free — provided the candidate is hired by your company for a minimum of six months
We use a system to calculate worked hours. Staff will clock in at the start of work, clock out during breaks, and clock out at the end of their shift. Invoices will be sent at the end of each month, including the hourly rate ($8 per hour for basic staffing requirements) and a $25 monthly tech support charge.
